Job Description

  • Customer service & cafe operations
  • Cat care, feeding, grooming & litter cleaning
  • Assist with brick-flower workshops, bouquet packing & stock-taking
  • Support events, promotions & store opening/closing
  • Assist with admin tasks & ad-hoc projects
  • Appear in TikTok & Instagram content

Requirements

  • Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends, public holidays or evenings when needed
  • Comfortable handling cats, litter, fur and occasional mess
  • Friendly, responsible and punctual
  • Good customer-service skills
  • Able to follow hygiene and animal-care procedures
  • Comfortable cleaning and standing for long periods
  • Comfortable in front of the camera
  • Love cats

Job Description

  • Plan & manage content/advertisements
  • Shoot & edit videos
  • Appear on camera
  • Copywriting
  • Manage TBBC’s Instagram, TikTok & Website
  • Support retail & business operations
  • Assist with campaigns & ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends, public holidays or evenings when needed
  • Creative, proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content
  • Comfortable with basic photo/video shooting and editing
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and social media trends
  • Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Willing to support both marketing and day-to-day business operations
